General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all classes, workshops, events and vouchers offered by Studio Arta. By booking an offer, you accept these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and booking
Registration for classes, workshops and events is made via the Studio Arta website or by individual arrangement.
Registration is binding. After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation with the relevant information about the booked offer.
The number of places is limited. If a desired class is already fully booked, an alternative date can be chosen, if available.
3. Prices and payment
The prices shown on the website at the time of booking apply. Unless stated otherwise, all materials required for the respective class are included in the price.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website or by individual arrangement.
4. Cancellation and missed sessions
Booked classes or workshops that are not attended are generally not refunded.
If you cannot attend a session, please let us know as early as possible. There is no entitlement to a replacement session or a refund.
In justified exceptional cases, Studio Arta may, at its own discretion, allow a rebooking to another available date.
5. Running of the classes
Studio Arta reserves the right to cancel or postpone classes or events due to insufficient participants, illness or other important reasons.
If a session is cancelled by Studio Arta and no suitable replacement date can be offered, the amount already paid for that session will be refunded.
The group size of the children's classes is deliberately kept small and is generally limited to a maximum of 8 participants.
6. Vouchers
Studio Arta vouchers can be redeemed for the offers they are intended for. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are transferable unless stated otherwise on the voucher or at the time of purchase.
7. Liability and insurance
Participation in classes and events is at your own risk.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants or, in the case of minors, of their legal guardians.
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Arta accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
8. Children's classes
When registering a child, please inform Studio Arta of any information relevant to safe and appropriate supervision during the class, in particular allergies or other special needs that must be taken into account during the stay at the studio.
If a child is to be picked up after class by someone other than the person who usually collects them, Studio Arta must be informed in good time.
9. Evening studio and offers for adults
For events and workshops for adults, the services and prices stated at the time of booking apply.
If drinks, snacks or other services are included in the price, this is expressly stated in the respective offer description.
At events where alcoholic drinks are served, non-alcoholic alternatives are also available.
10. Changes to the offer
Studio Arta reserves the right to adjust class content, dates, instructors or organizational details if necessary, provided the essential character of the booked offer is retained.
11. Data protection
Personal data is processed exclusively within the framework of the applicable data protection regulations and only to the extent necessary to handle bookings and inquiries and to organize the offers.
12. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Swiss law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
